We’ve started to add google maps to the site now, the first page to have a map is Tsawwassen.

As usual all feedback is welcomed.

One of our viewers suggest that we may need to thumbnail the pictures as the sites grow as many users have slow connections. We hope to be able to implement this within the next two weeks.

All suggestions welcome.

So… here it is… the launch. Great little places originally started on a site called Big Black Bug, but we thought it warranted its own domain name.

So far we’ve had a mixed response, some people don’t think we’ll get enough feedback and others have been out with their cameras snapping away for us!

In four days, four people have submitted photos from Canada, and most of the UK ones have been contributed from yours truely.

We’ve yet to write the database back-end, which should enable updates to happen quickly. Also we’re on the look out for some cool webgadgets so return to us soon, or better still get your digicam out and send us a few shots.
